The three main cloud service companies, Google, Amazon and Microsoft, started competition of cost drop.
-Google started it at first and Amazon follow their movement.
-They announced a 20 percent price drop of their cloud storage.
-Amazon takes part in this competition with strategy of discounting 3S(Simpe Storage Service) pricing and a new partnership with NetApp.
-Plus, recently, Microsoft joined this competition and they announced 28 percent price drop on their cloud service, Azure.
-But, the price cutting is for not general storage service, but back-up service. Back-up storage is used when the general storage has problem.
-Some expert says that company should focus on making variety service or function of cloud computing not just cutting down the price.
-They insist that ideal way is offering their general service with lower price and providing differentiated service.
